The actual assault rifle folder contains a prototype, prop model of the Chinese assault rifle. The assault rifle was also a test bed for the modding system of Fallout 4 as it was built to be with interchangeable model parts. In terms of design, performance, and even weight, it's essentially an LMG. It's been a while since I last played the game, but I think mine (i.e. With the mods I applied) weighed close to 25lbs, which by far exceeds the weight of your typical assault rifle, which would be half that or less. I'd nitpick about how it can come close to the weight of several heavy weapons like the minigun, but that's a subject for another thread. The drum mag, definitely befitting of an LMG we well. The ammo type, generally popular with modern LMGs as well. Why they decided to call it an AR, I have no idea.As a side note and matter of opinion, whenever the 'assault rifle' comes up, I can't help but think about how strange looking it is.

Cara downgrade hp xiaomi redmi 1s. I hate the default look of it, but with the vented barrel, drum mag, better stock, and a holo sight, I think it's alright. I ended up using it a ton on my rifleman/commando Sole Survivor, mainly because the performance is so solid, especially the recoil. That said, I wish the options for ARs, and weapon variety (weapons themselves, not the available mods) in general were better. I don't miss the FO3 assault rifle like a lot of people do, but some of the more modern looking weapons like the marksman carbine from NV are sorely missed in the base game for FO4.
