Upala is the stark contrast of Varuni being all goody good –also she is very pretty. However Upala has another person who secretly lovesand protects her and this is Mayantha. Mayantha’s mother is a friend of Upala’smother.
He is the owner of Sri Lankan Food Company and has the food recipeswhich many want to get their hands on – including Varuni’s father.
