This person is using the Mohaafill.exe program to flood and crash my server along with others.the xXxBrigade clan owner Viper is his player name and goes around the mohaa community and crashes servers with this flooder/crasherhe does this to other servers cuz he has a protection patch for his server so that the mohaafill will not affect his server.now i no ur gonna say well get the patch.it seems he programed this patch or else no1 is saying anything on how to get itmohfill wont not crash server but flood only logs for view?OMG EDETNO ACCUSE HERE XXX HAVE POST YOU CRASH SERVER AND NO THEM. Hi i have the game mohaa for mac. And i just recently switched from windows. Im having trouble with custom maps. Like dasboot, lol v2, st.lo,etc.

I just recently purchashed tiger. And a fresh install of mohaa, i recently just updated mohaa with the latest patch via aspyr. I downlaod the maps and use stuffit expander to unzip it. Ive allways have this problems.

Some maps work all the time like op market garden, st. Floretes, but some maps never worked like dasboot, lol v2, st.lo, etc., but some maps thhat used to work dont work anymore, like therush which a server called lokis lair created, it used to work but now it doesnt, it used to open with excel, now its just a.pk3. Even when i reinstalled mohaa and it used excel to open it didnt work. I dont know what is wrong, do macs dont work with custom maps? I cant even get a blood mod to work. Am i doing something wrong, they work on windows, i put the.pk3 in the mohaa main folder.

They dont load correctly, they have a different loading screen compared to the ones that work, it has a flashing loading screen, then it stops like it freezes. So im thinking its not loading right. Instead of the red bar progressing its a LOADING sign that flashes. I just dont get is some of the maps that did work dont work anymore????? And the ones that dont i dong understand. Do anyone else have this problem or knows whats wrong.

I think i need a.min map pack because mac doesnt make them. But i cant find them anywhere.thanks. That restriction was lifted with the latest MOHAA patches. Make sure you've got the latest version of MOHAA and you should be able to use 3rd party maps just fine without needing to download min files first.If you recall, I PMed you about a similar case, having to do with a Vietnam mod.The maps would not load with the most recent MOHAA patch, but when I dialed back a patch or two, they loaded fine, and created their own MIN files.

I then copied those files, reupdated to the most current patch, replaced the MIN files, and the mod worked fine.So, something isn't working as planned. Hi i have the game mohaa for mac. I was playing MOHAA on a G4 and never had problems with custom maps after I downloaded the patch. I bought a G5, running Tiger, and now none of my custom maps work. When I download maps they come with four or five different folders. For example I downloaded dasboot and within that folder I had four folders.

One called maps, another scripts, one called textures, one called ubersound and one called ui. I found an application called iPak3 that converted all of these folders into one pk3 file, which I dropped into the main folder and still nothing works. It's very, very frustrating. If anybody can figure out what's wrong, I'd appriciate it too. I'm going nuts. If you are seeing all those folders, you have somehow opened up the PK3.Dasboot comes as a PK3 download, not a zip, so just place that file in your Main folder. Don't unstuff it.I used the link in one of the above posts to download dasboot.

It appears on my desktop as a zip and then on it's own turns into a folder called, 'user-dasboot.' When I open that I have the five folders I mentioned earlier, scripts, textures,ui, maps and ubersound.If I just drop the entire user-dasboot folder into the main nothing happens. On a few of the maps that I've tried, I'm able to connect to the opening page, but only get a flashing 'LOADING' sign, but nothing happens. It just sits there. The only map that I've gotten to work, and I don't understand how, is 'The Falls.'

It works fine, but it's the only map out of the 30 or so I tried that does.Like I said before I never had a problem with custom maps when I was running my G4 with Panther, but now with running Tiger on a G5 I can't use any of my custom maps. I wonder if it's a Tiger issue.

Any other ideas? I already sent correspondance to Apple and Aspyre, but have not heard anything from them. This really is so irritating. I hope this issue gets resolved so I can play again.
