Dell Touch Screen Not Working
Note Dell may not release Windows 10 drivers for your PC model. In this case, you can download and install Windows 7 driver or Windows 8 driver, which is always compatible with Windows 10. After download completes, you can install the driver by just double-clicking on the setup file (.exe file) and follow the on-screen instructions to install. After that, I reset my entire windows but still, it did not work. Recently about a month back, I noticed that the touchscreen was functioning again. I've been using the same setup (Dell Studio 17 with Windows 8 Developer Preview) since the BUILD event. The touch screen fails to work on both Metro and Desktop mode. The mouse works fine. The operating system does register the touch events by rendering the 'touch points' on the screen, but Windows 8 fails to perform the associated tasks.

Ditto - brand new 9570 4K touch - wouldn't enter sleep mode until BIOS was updated - now when entering sleep mode the touchscreen doesn't work when you resume. Dell tech support doesn't acknowledge it's a bug (which would save us all a lot of time) - one rep wanted to do an entire system restore, which I nixed (that ain't the problem). Rebooting restores touchscreen until next time you enter sleep mode - no ts driver updates available. Troubleshooter doesn't fix - sure wish their tech support would simply say yeah, it's a bug and we're working on it. I do and guess what My 9570 is less than a week old. And dell does not provide support if you move out of country, even after contacting the home country the totall refuse to support and the other country one don't consider as DELL US products as there product.best option isDO NOT BUY DELL, IT WORST FILLED WITH BUGS DUE TO THERE MISTAKES YOU HAVE TO SUFFER AND THEY DO NOT RELEASE A QUICK FIX LIKE APPLE.I REPENT BUYING DELL.
I CAN NOT RETURN THIS PC RIGHT. I WILL TRY MY BEST. APPLE SUPPORT AND GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL IS BETTERDELL DO NOT CARES, I tried to contact dell every possible way still no chance of getting help. I am having this issue too and I called dell and the representative told me to factory rest my system.
I'm not going to rest the system because I already did that when i got this $2200 laptop 4 days ago. On top of that my system does't go into sleep mode but stays on with fans on wile the lid is closed.

I did some research before buying this laptop and heard many thing about people having too many issues with this laptop. I disparaged those warring and still bought this laptop because I figured that dell would have fixed a lot of these issue but I was so disappointed.
Especially when you are paying over 2k for a laptop. You would expect it to be perfect.
